IT GLOWS! This is the coolest Halloween collar, when I saw the fabric I just knew it was a must have. Perfect for Trick or Treating and just the start of many more fun and funky Halloween collars yet to be added. This is definitely a unisex collar and would work equally well for a girl or a boy. The fabric is first hand cut and turned, to make the trim. I then sewed it onto a strong but flexible web base that was completely encircled with coordinating cuddle satin giving it a slightly padded and oh so soft interior. Choose between black, red and orange satin to customise the look of your collar.
